Refund policy

GALAXY BOY | RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Galaxy Boy, exclusivity is at the core of what we do. Our collections are released in limited quantities ("Drops").

• Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all security tags and original packaging intact.
• Refunds: We offer refunds via Store Credit / Digital Gift Cards only. We do not offer cash refunds unless a garment is deemed to have a manufacturing defect.
• Final Sale: All items purchased during a Sale, Promo event, or an Archive Drop are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the courier costs associated with returning an item for exchange.
