We ship nationwide across South Africa and to select international destinations.

• Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During "Drop" periods, please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing due to high volume.
• Domestic Shipping (RSA): We use premium door-to-door couriers. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days once dispatched for main centers (JHB, CPT, DUR) and 3–5 days for outlying areas.
• International Shipping: International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Tracking: Once your order has left the Galaxy, you will receive an SMS and Email with your tracking number.
